I had an ablation 8 months ago and I feel great. This morning my Kardia said I had SR WITH wide QRS. I took a second reading 30 minutes later and I was in normal rhythm. Has anyone had this experience? What does it mean?

Who cares. You feel great!. Lock the kardia away and enjoy your life.
(The QRS complex is the big wiggle after the p wave. Some drugs like flecainide can lengthen this.)
While searching for “wide QRS” I came across your thread.
I’ve recently started having worse arrhythmia symptoms, and got the same report that you had this evening (having decided to upgrade to KardiaCare), but within half an hour it was afib lasting two hours (only 90-120bpm thank goodness, and thank the lord for bisoprolol which took an hour to sort things out!).
I hope you’re well. I must say the replies you received didn’t strike me as all that helpful. I’m very pleased with the Kardia and so is my doctor.
