Have been on this for over five years. Two tablets, one in the morning and the other late at night. Initially gave me a lot of wind, but now the body has got used to it and that problem has gone away. Suggest keep fluid levels well up. The only other side affect is weight gain, which I understand from an American friend is quite common.

I have been taking it for five years one side effect itchy arms and legs with rash for last two years.
