I do remember us talking about a very cheap watch with the ECG function which a YouTube review proved was absolute rubbish. If you can't afford a new watch then get a second hand apple watch series 4 for not much more.

Then there's the Kardia that so many of us own. The basic unit sells for under $100. It may not go around your wrist but it's very very easy to use when you have suspicion that you're going into afib or any other common arrhythmia.

You may mean the Beurer ?

This is the monitor I use. I can't comment on the watches but the monitor itself is very good and I would recommend it.

PS - for $49 I wouldn't expect much ! I'm not sure you'll buy a Beurer for that price - beware of fakes.
