Hi Burdd, I get that sometimes and have asked the consultant why, his reply was muscle spasm where the pacemaker sits, whether that is true or not. But yes can be unnerving as you think there is something wrong with it. As long as you have your pacemaker checked at the hospital, I am sure all is ok.
