I was put on 3 heart meds about a month ago. Bisopropolol, Rosuvastatin and Plavix and a BP med and Telesmarttin( too lazy to get up and look at the bottle).Soething is giving me very irregular BM,’s ... loose intermittent .Not sure which one is the culprit...any thoughts on this?

Have you looked in the BNF for the side effects of the last one?

They all say could cause this that or the other..but some more than others
Is the last one mentioned "Telesmarttin' = Telmisarton which is a BP medication.
I found the brand Micardis upset me enough to feel ill and have to use generic Telmisarton
