Ask and it will be provided, love how the universe works.
I was just saying on Jed’s thread I could do with some more interesting veggie recipes and Dr Rupy’s email landed with this link + a great looking recipe for Roast Veg Hummus with Zhoug.

Hmm, I like the look of the mushroom, chickpea and spinach curry. Must go and look now for the one you mention.
Sam being vegetarian cooks some fantastic stuff. Hairy Bikers have a Veggie Cook Book "Veggie Feasta" Jamie has one called Veg.
I’m a fan of Dr Rupy’s recipes as we like our food quite spicy and I’m not a fan of Hairy Bikers. I have just about every Jamie book he wrote. Ottolingi is also a ‘go to’ - if you stick to the recipes with only 10 ingredients!
I don't like the Hairy Bikers either . I look at Ottolenghi's recipes online in the Guardian as the titles attract me but they always seem complicated. Same with Nigel Slater. I sometimes wonder if they make these all by themselves or maybe have some minions helping out.
Ottolingi is famous for it! I wouldn’t mind a few minions of my own though. He did write a book though which has a maximum of 10 ingredients but every time I open it I find something that I either don’t have in the cupboard or never heard of so not used that often I’m afraid. He’s very fond of using preserved lemons in recipes and Sumac so I would recommend stocking up on them if you go for it. The few recipes I have done are delicious though.
Thanks a lot for posting this link. Some delicious looking recipes. I'm going to try the spiced baked rice with cauliflower but leave out the squash as husband is not keen on squash family! Might substitute peas ( his favourite veg).
