Last night I had ventricular ectopes and I couldn't sleep, I took zolpidem and slept until morning without interruption. My question is: does zolpidem drive away the ectopic or does it just make me not feel them anymore? Someone has experience

Now it is in English I understand your question but realy do not know the answer. I am guesing that the drug has no effect on your heart but you relaxed and slept so the ectopics were not noticed.
I have used Zolpidem from time to time to help me sleep.
I'm not a medic so this is just a personal opinion - basically it's just my take from my own experience. For me lack of sleep can be (has been a trigger) for afib.

You would need to consult your doctor but I would say the sleep is the 'helper' here. Zolpidem kicks in pretty quickly - as you start to fall alsleep you are less likely to notice the ectopic's and a good nights kip can really help. I doubt very much Zolpidem stops ectopic's but the extra rest might help.
That's just IMO and as stated above I'm not a medic.
Luck you. Zolpidem gives me 2-3 hours of sleep and no more. I wish it were different. I think the heart beats the same but you fail to worry about it. Everyone has ectopic beats to some degree, I gather, but some of us are more concerned than others (or have more...).
