I do get headaches, plus random shooting pains in the right hand side of my head. These have been going on for some time now. I have had an MRI, but nothing worrying showed up except for minor vascular changes, which I believe is quite common as we age. I am also on a statin & a common side effect, of taking them are headaches.

Of course anxiety can cause so many symptoms. I try to practice a bit of meditation, which includes breathing techniques, this does help. I can feel my heart rate slowing down.

Is your blood pressure ok, as high blood pressure can cause headaches.

Any worrying symptoms need checking out. Just to be on the safe side.

Best wishes Ally

It’s not really head aches as it is pressure. and than weird pains that are quick and go. Yes I do keep in touch with Dr. I just get crazy at every little thing
