Olive Leaf Extract

My friend gave me a book about this, saying she thought I should try it, as it’s meant to help AF. I haven’t heard of this before, and wondered if anyone had tried it, and if it works. Not really keen to try anything unless I know it works for someone. Maybe I’m a bit of a wuss.

I think it is worth researching any such 'alternative' possibilities. I suspect in moderation side effects are unlikely and therefore worth trying for 3 months; may even be beneficial for other reasons. Sorry no specific experience.

Olive Leaf Extract search with 'arrhythmia' keyword will bring up a number of incidents where people claim it has helped, at least one rather dramatically.

Olive Leaf Extract is as old as the Bible. Lots of people have used it over the centuries.

Has many benefits: antifungal ... antimicrobial ... antioxidant ... immunity booster ... and many others.

I've taken it over the years quite a few times. Never any negative side effects. I don't think it directly helped with my AFIB .... but it has probably been beneficial in other health issues.

I used to count on getting the flu every year and a couple of colds. Since I started taking it ... I don't get them anymore. However, is it the olive leaf? ... or is it something else I am taking? Or, maybe it's all the things I do that synergistically work together to fend off illness.
