Missing group member.???

Hello Everybody

I am also in another AF group on Facebook, and a member was asking if anyone knew if Peter Wharton was OK, and was in touch with him, as he seems to have disappeared from these groups, since first lockdown?

I am sure he is the same chap who used to frequently post on here and has been very helpful in the past. I hope this question doesn't breach any confidentiality rules, as that is not my intent. Thanks.

If its the man who used to write on here a few years ago, think as PeterW. He was at one of Beancounter's London meetings a few years ago. Hidden may know more.

I’ve no idea if they are the same person but PeterW here on the forum was an absolutely charming and helpful man and hopefully still is! He came to at least two social gatherings in London but I have not seen or heard from him for at least 3/4 years. Apart from AF, he had some other non related health issues and there was an attempt to make contact with him on the forum which unfortunately came to nothing. There is still a member listed as PeterWh but he has neither posted or replied for 4 years......sorry I cannot be more helpful.

Thanks, I think it is the same person, Jean. You have jogged my memory in relation to Beancounter (Ian) as well, now! He was so helpful, when I was first diagnosed and really scared. He doesn't post anymore either........is he OK??

There were some questions about PeterW some years ago. He was in touch with one member to say he was alright but was dealing with other issues. I knew because I was asking about him back then and the other member sent me a pm. Unfortunately he hasn't participated since.
