Hi, I've taken magnesium now for over 4 years after seeing it advised to help with AF symptoms when I first got diagnosed , and can certainly say it's helped me. More than anything a sound sleep and feeling relaxed. I stopped for a short period and definitely noticed a difference in sleep and general feeling of being relaxed.Even though I've had an ablation and am AF free now, I still take magnesium and will do so, highly recommended.

Ian.

My daughter suffers from anxiety and was prescribed it by her doctor. She swears by it!

I agree it does help, I think it makes a big difference and will continue to take it.

Heart returned to sinus rhythm - though I was given bisoprolol too, so hard to say which helped with that the most, or whether it was a joint effort

I take it for leg cramps, find it helps with the cramp less painful episodes but does not eradicate leg cramps, it has not caused any problems with my AF

I've been taking magnesium citrate 400 (bought on internet, cheap) since my ablation in May. I've been having runs of tachycardia since I came off amiadarone.About a month ago I switched to expensive Biocare Magnesium Taurate 146 twice per day. Touch wood it seems th have made a big difference though . I hate to tempt fate! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫.

Yes - I take magnesium taurate 100mg three times a day. It definitely helps with anxiety . Still get afib attacks but don't feel as anxious about them . Also less symptomatic.

Been taking for maybe 15 or more years in varying doses and types I can't honestly say that I i've noticed any benefit but will continue on the grounds that its supposed to be essential i think there are very few supplements with noticeable effects but may have subtle benefits

Yes, magnesium taurate as well as magnesium magnate recommended by my EP. Definitely calms my heart.

I took it for about six months in the hope it would help cardioversion to stick - it didn't. In fact I didn't find it helpful in any way shape or form unfortunately
