I love you guys!!!

Dramatic day yesterday. Went on a bike ride and over did it on a hill (only supposed to be doing moderate exercise and apparently rocking it up a load of hills is not moderate whoops). I had severe chest pains/tightness and could not breath, thought I was having another heart attack. I tried not to panic and logged on here and re read some of the great advice I have been given, meanwhile my heart/chest calmed down and I was able to safely get home. Got a royal telling off from my EP later in the day but apart from that all is well. Without you guys I probably would of jumped to the wrong conclusions and panicked. I send a heart felt high five to all of you. :-)
