I have been AF-free all year since January but after a Xmas walk with friends my wife produced some warm mulled fruit juice to which she had added some extra Xmas spices. I did not think and drank it down and went into AF an hour later. I normally go into AF after overdoing it on the bike but can think of no other reason this time than the Glogg or getting cold sitting down outside after the walk. The next day I did my usual trick of getting on my bike/turbo trainer and doing a quick blast and I went back into NSR after about 5 mins.
