Back to start again after 2nd ablation

Not been on here for 2 years - hope everyone is safe and well. Sadly back in hospital 2 years after 2nd ablation with “flutter” of 130bpm that has not responded to meds so 2nd cardioversion on Monday 14the December - came from nowhere stood up to go toilet and wham “heart beating fast”

Sounds like typical atrial tachycardia. Good luck with the DCCV.

Thanks for reporting how fickle the condition is and that it appears that we always are on high alert for breakaway episodes. Good luck for Monday.

Sorry to hear that. Was in a similar boat a few weeks ago after a year AF and medication free. In for my 2nd ablation at the end of Jan. good luck, hope you get it sorted.

Good luck to you too. I found the 2nd one much easier - they put me to sleep the 2nd time as apparently better results
