I found out that I have AT in Jan. 2020. I have times a few times a week that I am in AF. I bought a machine to take my NO and it tells me if I am in AT at that time. Watch my caffeine, don't drink alcohol not my thing. But you just love with it. I go on everyday do not worry or stress about it. I know I have it and just watch it. My blood thinner is working, I had a cardiologist in hospital, see her every 6 months. My go handles every thing rlse

I hate it when spell check does that. If you would like to edit your post click on More at the bottom of your post and scroll to Edit.

What a good attitude you have to your AF. I believe just having that outlook helps subdue the condition, as it's often said on here that anxiety makes it worse.

Lots of members on this forum have had heart arrhythmias for many years, so if you have any questions we will do our best to answer them.

Best wishes.
