10 months post ablation

For the last 2 months I've been in constant touch with arrhythmia nurses as I've been having symptoms of what seemed like AF again together with lots of ectopics. They have been very thorough, had me in to hospital and attached to ecg for 25 minutes but heart mostly behaved! As symptoms continued they arranged a 72 holter test and a telephone consultation with EP for results. Had consultation today, although results showed no AF there is some atrial arrhythmia going on, possibly some tachycardia. So I'm now listed for EP study and they will ablate whatever they find there and then, could be a while though (even though on cancellation/short notice list). On the merry go round again! Can't complain as have had such great service from arrhythmia nurses and EP over the last couple of months they've been brilliant.

They've been absolutely brilliant, at one point I felt like I was being a real nuisance but they reassured me I wasn't and said they were there to help and it was their job so not to worry about contacting them. Just have to be patient now as I don't expect anything will happen very soon! Hope you're well and keep safe.
