I’ve changed from Bisoprolol 1.25 m daily to Nebivolol 2.5 daily . I’ve only been on the new medication for 2 days. I’m finding my BP readings are higher . Also a walk with dog today for 2 miles and my HR was around 100 compared to a maximum HR of 80/85 on the Bisoprolol. I would welcome advice please .

It may be a reaction caused by changing the medication so it may take a few days to settle. Your Bisoprolol dose is the lowest which can be prescribed so it’s unlikely that it would make that much difference to either your blood pressure or pulse rate. However, I’m not medically trained so if the problem persists, you need to speak to your Doctor. That said, 100 bpm is right at the upper end of normal and blood pressure readings on home monitors are notoriously inaccurate for folk with AF.
My change from Bisoprolol to Nebivolol has resulted in a much faster heart rate. At rest high 90's. I am asking my EP about it on Friday.
