I am 70 years, with a cardiac situation. My erection is a bit unemphatic, and lasts about 15 seconds: does anyone know whether those constriction rings that you can buy from Rude Shops are any good?

Rude rings
Perhaps this is something you should discuss with your doctor or someone who specialises in Erectile Dysfunction. For most of us, this probably falls outside our areas of knowledge and experience......
When I referred to Rude Shops, I ws meaning that genre of retailers . . .
Many heart meds are linked to ED. Calcium channel blockers (amlodipine) and others are pretty bad.
Tadalafil worked for me, but not in the prescribed dose. I bought a pill cutter and chop them into 1/4s.
A whole 20mg tablet gives me wood that wont go away which in and of itself is dangerous.
Bisoprolol did me in the UK at 10mg a day the old soldier completely stopped working. Now I am on 2.5mg and things are much better with occasional chemical enhancements.
What you say is constructive: thank you. // I take Amlodipine, which manages down my blood pressure. I read on the internet that tadalafil reduces blood pressure: so I wonder whether my GP would allow me to take tadalafil instead of amlodipine - which might be a neat solution!
Can I ask you what your experience has been with tadalafil compared with sildenafil? I like the idea of taking the former low-dose-daily, subject to GP's recommendation.
Never used a ring, sildenafil didnt do it for me, the wood never went away. I guess my ED is only slight and related to bisoprolol use.
Im lucky in that I was able to get advice from a Doctor and follow that up by sourcing my own supply. As I said a Dr told me 20mg, which was too much. I experimented and settled on 5mg every now and again. I dont use it all the time, as and when needed.
I gather no-one has any experience of those constriction rings, then?
