I have n Apple Watch and sometimes my HR shows just one little dot at a high rate, when I check it depending if I am in SR it’s fine, last night it showed a variation between 20hr/21h 42/210 the 210 was just a dot I was watching the TV any idea! I could call my GP but if anyone has an explanation that would be great (I was not feeling unwell just a little odd)

Is this what people call ectopics? The watch will only catch them and show how long they last if you are doing an ECG at the time. I guess it was caught when the watch did one of its 300 or so a day readings.
