Not long out of an 8/9 day episode, the dreaded beast has returned. Woke up during the night with it. Have been 100% strict with my diet since the last episode. Nothing processed. I did eat a full cantaloupe melon yesterday, spaced throughout the day. They’re not very big but I wonder was it too much sugar ?! Very symptomatic as usual 🙄

I was doing some research and came across this article. I though it may be of interest.☘️

Could a maximum of 100 cals of sugar, over a day, qualify as a lot? It's also packaged with so much water, I doubt it could affect the heart.
