A bit of context: I have had 7 cardioversions and 2 ablations, the most recent ablation was in October 2019. So I have been in and out of afib a few times and my experience of afib after my first ablation was very different to before.
So recently I felt a-fib like symptoms when I was exercising - this happened every time I exercised for about 2 weeks. My heart rate monitor suggested I wasn't in NSR, but not completely convincingly. I got a nurse to check my pulse at the local pharmacy and she thought she could feel something.
So I went for a check-up and according to the ECG, I am in NSR!
My EP starting going through all the possible causes of the symptoms.
This morning I did some exercise at home and now knowing I am in rhythm I was totally fine! I blame all this on lockdown.
