Off - if you want the peaks showing upwards.

Thank you are these monitors recognised by cardiologists as when I show them my readings when I have a blip they are not interested? I had an EMAY one also said no not taking any notice of that.

I email my unusual readings to my EP and he’s happy to comment on them, adjust meds if necessary or get me to come and see him (I’m in Australia though so it’s a different healthcare system).

My EP helped trial them so is always interested but I usually only give an overview, such as the monthly report, to show how often I’ve recorded AF & heart rate. I certainly don’t bother about a single blip, they are mostly interference or movement - the new 6 lead is super sensitive & you need to keep very, very still.

When needed in early days, I also emailed ECG - by his request - for interpretation and for meds adjustments.

Please, how do I get a monthly report? Or is this only available if I pay?

I don’t know if it is only on the paid version or generally available. I’ve had the app since 2013 was one of the original people to trial it so as an incentive, we were all given ‘Premium’ features, some of which I know you now need to pay for.

If you click on ‘ History’ It will Then give you an option to ‘Download Doctor’s Report’ which is automatically reports on the last 30 days - although you can choose your dates.

Hope that makes sense.

Yes - It is part of the package which one needs to pay for. I had never noticed the 'history' button before. Thank you - That is useful!

My EP at the John Radcliffe, really likes the monthly report and will phone me to adjust mess and discuss any next steps.

It really doesn't matter, except that if you have your fingers on the wrong contacts the trace can be inverted. Leave the setting in the App at auto, and it should decide for itself.
