My AF seems to have calmed down in recent months but I've been having occasional incidents of tachycardia (SVT or flutter?) at night for the last few weeks which seem to be getting worse. It happens when I'm about to fall asleep or just waking up. Usually lasts 20 - 60 seconds and so far I've managed to stop them by deep breathing but I'm concerned that they're getting worse and lasting longer. Anyone any idea what it is or how to stop it?

Have you been tested for Sleep Apnea?
My apnea events are more prevalent when just dropping off to sleep
I have noticed exactly the same and I also deal with it by taking very deep breaths, also hoping it doesn't get any worse! I was supposed to be having an ablation at some point this month but have no idea when it will happen under the current situation, I suppose at least I'll remain in the same position on the waiting list!
