Breathing at night

This idea is very old but may be of value to somebody. I found that it was easier to breathe at night if the head end of the bed was propped up on a fence post 4inches square(100mm).

I use an extra pillow instead. I think the reason behind this breathing improvement for some of us is that the raised head end reduces the amount the tongue slides back to block the throat. However, I have recently been reading all your breathing should be through your nose not mouth, for more info see You Tube Patrick McKeowan oxygenadvantage.com
