Most of us have had an EKG and maybe an MRI, etc. all of which detect energy emitted by our bodies. In China and other countries, healers have known about this energy for hundreds of years and apply what they know to treat health issues. Doctors are using energy medicine ( quantum field theory) technics to diagnose but they still use Newtonian physics principles to treat, by using drugs and surgery. May be medical practices will eventually catch up with known science; and treatment methods will change. In fairness, some have, Star Wars technology is getting here. Changing to apply it is slow.

Newtonian physics is very different to quantum theory - quantum is a relatively new science. It will be interesting to see how it all pan's out.
I digress though. Let's hope both paly a role in helping afib and helping medical conditions in general. I think quantum theory will take decades to be accepted and understood.
Who knows though - both may help in reducing afib and our understanding of it.
HeartMath Institute in Boulder, Colorado have been doing in depth research on Heart/Mind/Earth connection for as long as I can remember. Very interesting results which I posted about in my early days on this forum circa 2014.
Some of this video uses almost identical graphics of the HM work.
Since then HM have expanded into producing teaching programmes, exercises and practices which I have followed for a long time. I used to use their HeartMath programme to achieve high heart/mind coherence - very successfully. I used it in my practice and that’s how I started to learn so much about autonomic reactions.
They did a study on using their high coherence practices to stop AF in hospitals - with high success rate but I cannot find that study on their website now - which has got a lot more commercial.
I do think that this is information that energy medicine practitioners and people who regularly do Yoga, Meditation and daily breathing exercise just know is true through experience but it has felt as though we have been the outcasts for so long because it was not understood how these practices helped - or people (me included) just wanted a quick, easy fix which they didn’t have to work at.
