Ectopic

Been having ectopic i think. Normally Paroxysmal AF. HR around 60s-70 but having pause then thud. Really makes me feel nervous, its like it stops then starts again sometimes heavy feeling. Also think coming down with chesty cough but only in mornings. Any advice guys. Been a while since my last post.

also feels like i've been smoking but i don't smoke if that makes sense. Like if u have inhaled smoke that sort of burn

Tony, Do some deep breathing exercises and a few timely, punchy big coughs to control your ectopics but try not to worry about them.

I know everyone’s worrying about the virus at the moment, but it’s a high hay-fever time too.

If you are worrying about ‘that’ I can tell you I’m 99% sure I have had it and my version was totally manageable. It did not trigger AF or ectopics for me.

Tony, sometimes ignorance is bliss!

I’m a ‘knowledge is power’ kinda person but it is a burden sometimes😐

Ectopics are horrible I get them when I’m ill or haven’t slept properly or my anxiety is hitting the roof, deep breathing in the morning 7 mins does help
