I dont think it really matters if your are at risk or high risk. You and I are at higher risk due to age. If we contract it, we might get sicker just because our immune systems slow down with age. Being fit and healthy is a definite advantage. We just need to do the social isolation thing, only make necessary trips out, good hygiene. Hardest part for me was telling grandkids they cant come over. When weather warms up here, Im hoping to visit with them outside.

Unfortunately it is our age here whether the underlying diseases we have makes us at greater risk or not. We may not be at any greater risk of catching Covid 19 so long as we do as we are being advised to do, washing hands correctly and regularly, social distancing and only going out when absolutely necessary - such as shopping but if you can get medication and shopping delivered so much the better. What we are at greater risk of is having it worse than others who are younger and healthier.

The operative word is healthier. A morbidly obese 40 year old with hypertension and diabetes is probably as much if not more at risk than a healthy 70 year old who is not taking a cocktail of immunity lowering meds.
