Good advice on Vulnerables / Distancing Etc.

I've been looking for good, definitive, comprehensive advice. (e.g. Am I considered vulnerable or not.) At last I'm starting to see what I need, and it's giving me confidence. Have a look at this:

Also, if you're particularly vulnerable, the NHS is going to be pro-active, and contact you direct themselves. Indeed, I've heard from friends that this has already started.
