Cant believe it, sat here doing my accounts etc and my legs feel heavy as if full of lead and my fingers are tingling, I hate this so I am off for a run, ash must remember to take my card advising who ever that I am anti coagulants, my address and emergency phone number, if I don't my daughter will be ion my case, she even makes me leave a map showing my running route, bossy or what. anticoagulants are a pain but I won't let it beat me.

Never think about it to be honest until I stick a screw driver in my hand or slice my finger on a newly machined peace of metal. Life is too short.

Hi Bob, Your right despite losing the dexterity in my fingers no matter, what I won't give in, any way if one is in pain, that's good it shows you are alive

You get used to it after a while. Having said that I have a location finder on my phone for my husband & he one on me which I find very reassuring.

It’s come in very useful a few times when he has got discombobulated & couldn’t find his way back to me!

I had a really bad low blood sugar episode a couple of years ago and I could barely string two words together. I was in the middle of a busy shopping mall and had to ask a sales stall in the concourse if I could sit down. I managed to call my husband (just) who cottoned on immediately what was happening and he was there in 10 minutes using the location finder. I wouldn't be without it.

My son and I also track each other - he got rather fed up with me calling him at times when he was asleep as he travels a lot and I never know (or remember) which time zone he’s in - so have instructions now to check before I call. 😅

Hi CDreamer, My daughter was always calling me and in a business meeting just as we were breaking for coffee, I switched my phone to loud speaker so every one could her my daughter checking on my and when I said my good by all the staff cheered, {loudly] when I got home Jayne told me off but said she will still check on me. I have given her an acronym " SWMBO" She Who Must Be Obeyed. she loves it.
