Hi everybody. I ad my 2nd ablation 4th June last year and I'm still in normal rhythm I'm still feeling tired most of the time but the thing worrying me a little is I've started getting swollen calves and ankles again. I am on my feet all day at work and some days they really ache. Any advise please I didn't think I'd get the swollen legs in normal rhythm

Thank you

Have you recently been transferred to Edoxaban from a different anticoagulant. You really should talk to your GP.

Can you leave a dent if you press on them? Many drugs can do this but please speak to your doctor.

Speak to your GP but as you are standing all day you probably just need support socks - a pain to put on but work wonders!

My legs are swollen every day after having a broken hip replaced so I know how uncomfortable you feel especially standing on them all day so this really does need checking out because there has to be a cause. See your GP, he may prescribe a diuretic to remove the fluid daily also you could try wearing compression socks or flight socks, these help with your circulation but please go to your GP to find out exactly what is causing this. ps when you get home at night sit with your legs raised to help your circulation. Good luck
