Hi my resting rate is 45 to 55 yet when I wear my fit bit in bed it can rise too 140 for an hour or so usually around midnight . I normally get around 4 hours sleep per night and am I light sleeper ,

Is this every night your Pulse rate goes high? Are you on any medication?

Yes most nights , entresto apixaban bisoprolol eplerenone empaglifozin metformim & rosuvastatin

Had AF June 2018 have been good Since ! I play golf , exercise, gym and walk quite a bit.
