AF to Flutter

I've had AF in the past, sometimes for a few hours, a few days, a few weeks and sometimes for several months.

However I think my heart is fluttering rather than AF. I've had it now for two weeks and wondering if I should see a doctor (I am currently in Spain for another 3 weeks and moving around). My normal resting rate is 48/49 but now my average for the week is 76. A lot of information says its not dangerous and although I can slow walk, swim or cycle, my passion is running but that I can't do. I often take cold water swims which is good for my vagal nerve and I'm careful with my diet.

Spanish doctor or not? Thank you

Jacky
