Edoxaban

Hi I am feeling breathless and generally weaker with edoxaban. My body weight is only 55kg and I wonder if I should ask my doctor to reduce the dosage to 30mg

Looking at your previous posts I would blame AF and your cold rather than Edoxaban.

I personally think if you are on 60 it is too high for your weight. I was on edoxaban for about 10 months but had to go back on warfarin because of weakness in my legs. They are much better now on warfarin.

Literature states that 30mg can be given to people with a weight less than 60kg.
