He defines it as 140/90 to 159/99 and concludes that there is no need to treat it, for low risk patients. Unfortunately he did not elaborate on "low risk patients". Are those on anticoagulants "low risk"? I hope he will develop this in another video.

I am the upper end of mild hypertension. But my GP insisted on treating. His main argument was that because I was anticoagulated I needed to stay below 150/90, and that he would not have been doing his job if he had not insisted in my case. His point was well made, and I accepted.
I fear though that people will miss this important caveat to the arguments for ignoring mild hypertension. Those with low risk can ignore it. Hence my question, are you low risk if you are taking an anticoagulant? I suspect not.
