im one month from catheter ablation and notice fatigue daily. Also my heart will spike once a day almost at the same time daily and then stays fairly regular?

All sounds normal. As we say in our fact sheet on recovery it will take three to six months for normality to return.

That's a little odd with your heart rate spiking around the same time each day. You're not unwittingly eating, or doing something that is causing that are you? Artificial additives can be a sure trigger for me.

I'm afraid the fatigue is normal post ablation and make take a few months to resolve.

Fairly normal! Your heart has been through a trauma and needs time to recover and repair.

About thee weeks ago I had a loop recorder placed in my chest and the bruising hasn't faded yet. It is getting there slowly. The scar scab has come off but there is still a dark red line where the cut was made and it is still healing. Your heart is a very active muscle so the healing process will probably take longer.
