Apart from a few thumps and bumps on 1st night heart seems to be behaving! Had a few flashing lights on 1st and 2nd nights but no headache, if I’d not read recovery fact sheet or posts by others on here I would have found them very scary! Also had a bit of a bloating feeling but that has almost gone. Groin ok, bruising not too bad. Still feel quite tired. Have taken things very very easy, watched loads of things I’d recorded and on catchup! Went for first walk yesterday, only 10 minutes, very slow pace, but felt a bit tired after. All in all progressing well. EP told me when he saw me after that TOE had shown a slightly leaky valve, didn’t say which one and I didn’t ask as wasn’t quite with it. Said it was nothing to worry about and nothing needed to be done about it, lots of people have this. Said they’d just keep an eye on it with yearly echos. This had been picked up on Echo in 2016, so not too worried about it as obviously hasn’t got any worse but will talk about it at follow up.

So pleased you are doing so well. I have an Arrythmia clinic on Monday so hopefully will find out where I am on the ablation list! Continue with your TV catch up and I wish you a speedy recovery! Rowena

I went into AF twice after my ablation. The first week and second. They were very short lived...thank God. They freaked me out but was told it was normal. Haven't had any since. It'll be 3 years March 1st since my Ablation. I have a leaky valve too...nothing to worry about they say so I don't.
