Supplements
Thanks for sharing. I found the piece on getting to sleep, which was further down the page, interesting too.
I've often thought about taking supplements particularly Magnesium. But when I last had my 6 monthly blood test my Mg was about a quarter up the 'normal' range. So I thought it not worth taking it as a supplement.
There has been many entries on this forum recommending to take MG. With that in mind I've had second thoughts and decided to take a small dose (about 130mg) daily so I can get near the top of the 'normal' range in a few months time.
I was wondering if anyone has already tried what I'm attempting and whether their PAF changed at all.

Hi Alan
Lots of members of this forum have been helped by supplementing with magnesium. Unfortunately it gives me a sore stomach (reflux type), so what I do is add magnesium salts to my bathwater and apply the oil as a spray after I shower.
If you can take it without this problem, then yes certainly give it a go.
By the way, I've heard that general testing for magnesium levels in the body is not always a correct measurement.
I avidly read information on supplements and health so thanks for the link. The clinical trial evidence I’ve read elsewhere for those three (coq10, omega 3 and red rice - magnesium, too) is not at all good though.
