Thanks to all the lovely fellow sufferers who replied to my post about lowering my bisoprolol dosage- I've taken on board what you've said and dropped to 1.25mg, only the last couple of days but I'm sure I feel a bit better for it already! Cheers everyone!

Clivecsw, great news , I was taking 2 and half twice a day now only on 2 and half about 4pm every day , 76 years old , still cleaning a pub in the mornings at 5.30 AM for two hours and some plumbing work if i have some during the day ,
