I had my ECG yesterday. Just had the phone all from GP to confirm I have AF. Ech cardiogram in New Year. I posted a few days ago seeking information - Thank you so much to all of you who responded - it helped me so much - just knowing you are not on your own.

One respondent recommended I look at Dr Sanjay Gupta YouTube videos. For those of you that have not discovered this resource , please have a look. I found it invaluable. When the GP phoned me today it was a two way dialogue, and I was able to agree with him an informed way forward.

This is such a great community. I have learned so much about my condition, the meds and the treatments. I would have gone nuts after my diagnosis if it wasn't for all of the members in this forum and their support.
