My long suffering missus and I also went into M & S this afternoon for tea and one toasted teacake to share (I know how to treat a woman!). I too, took the opportunity to visit the facilities but in the spirit of goodwill however, I have decided not to delve any further into the unedifying experience about which some of the early birds are now aware.....😔

So instead, may I take this opportunity to wish all my friends (and foes) here on the forum a very Merry Christmas and, of course, a healthy and happy New Year!

Yes that was the first thing I thought this morning when I woke up.

I remember Valium helping relax my lower back when I was in again in a type of spasm. But that’s on prescription and there is non in the cupboard.
