ECG traces can all be different. I would not read anything sinister into this. For example female hearts produce lower magnitude traces I'm told and they can change with age. It takes years to become proficient in reading ECGs and many general doctors do not have all the skills nor in fact are the computer generated diagnosis always acurate . The only answer I would accept is from a cardiologist.

It doesn’t look like a Kardia trace - which device were these taken? I think this may beyond our competency level.

I think you would need to measure the QRS wave and then take a course in ECG analysis or get an expert at reading ECGs to interpret - I certainly wouldn’t comment.

If you are concerned more than curious please take these to your cardiologist for proper analysis.

All I can say is that my ECG traces can vary from day to day depending upon all sorts of factors and I have had both those sorts of traces in one 30 sec reading quite recently - but then I know I’m not norma!

I got my whole family to do a Kardia recording and the only person out of 5 who had a 'normal' trace is my husband!
