Hi everyone hope you are all doing well, as some of you know I have paf. At the moment I'm in normal rythem but on waking up each morning my heart seems to be what i can only describe as vibrating. This continues for around 30 seconds then it's back to normal again. Has anyone any idea what this is???.

Well here's my guess, having experienced it a few time too.

I think it's caused by not breathing correctly, like a mild apnoea. Your heart is protesting at not having enough oxygen. You wake, start breathing properly and all is well and the heart calms.
