Here is my second posting since my ablation on November 5. I have had my second bout with migraine with aura. It was not as intense as the first. I am still dealing with a higher BP of 130/95. Doctor notified but says it is related to the migraine. Tylenol working a bit this time to take the edge off the pain. The headaches have been lasting 12 hours or more. I know that the aura migraines are a side effect, but an wondering how many more I will need to go through. HR still running around 93. I have been experiencing more ectopics, especially when eating, sitting or laying down but not standing. Until next time...

Day 3 after cryo-balloon ablation
Thank you for your post, I had a catheter ablation 12 weeks ago and still getting ectopics around 20 a day sometimes I get none
Everything you said sounds normal and the migraines should fade in a few days. I’m laughing as if my husband’s BP was 130 he would be delighted and think it the lowest ever!
Key thing now rests with you and the clue is in the word - rest. Plenty of it with very gradual return to exercise, gentle for the first couple of weeks. Rest when you are tired and over all - listen to your body as it is much wiser than your mind.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
All sounds perfectly normal so relax and go with the flow. Migraines can last up to a couple of weeks but should reduce in intensity soon. It depends how quickly the transpetal puncture closes. We are all so diferent. BP is not that high for many people . I would be happy with it!
