On a proper 12 lead, flutter looks like a saw tooth.
That's the problem isn't it Bob. This is a handheld device, situated in the palms when readings were taken. I wonder if Kardia gives a variation in results. This image you just commented on is the normal version. The second image shows what I suspect may be flutter .... and that diagnosis only comes from squadrons of butterflies in action fluttering in my chest.
The thing is I could wire myself up for a single lead or 3 lead ECG but that takes time and by the time I've done it the issue would have passed - as it did. So this methodology is only to get a spot check of a moment in time. If this spot check had shown anything more chaotic in terms of an ECG trace or if I hadn't improved then I'd be talking to my GP.

Its a difficult picture to see but as a previous Atrial Flutter sufferer it doesn't seem to resemble the saw tooth pattern seen on my ECG. But I am no expert!
It is a sawtooth pattern ,with the saw bit showing under the line and no p wave. I'll try and find one for you if I've kept it. X
