Hi TG21, I have coronary artery spasms, and yes you can suffer from it at rest or activities. It is similar to Angina which I also suffer. You get chest pain, which can lead to pain in jaw & neck, between shoulder blades (which I always get with it) and pain in left arm.. I use Nitro spray under the tongue when i suffer from them .. Pam
