I think BobD that we will always be searching for the magic cure, potion, pill, or otherwise. I read an interesting book recently on recovery where numerous gadgets and protocols were touted to speed up and improve the individual. The best take away was a quote that for recovery and wellbeing get quality sleep everything else is just icing on the cake, and better make that low sugar icing at that!

For every ailment and including weight loss, we are told a good night's sleep is essential. As an insomniac it would be nice to be able to achieve this! Maybe then I would be fit, healthy and slim 😁😁
