MacaM This is what my AW ECG shows when I am in A Fib. I've compared this back to back with a Kardia AliveCor Mobile and appears accurate to me over about 30 readings in the past 10 days.

I was told by a Cardio Technician that one EPs he works with had diagnosed patients based only on the output from their Apple watches as it’s that accurate.

Not that it makes any difference to me as I don’t own one or come to think of it need one at the moment as I’ve been in NSR since my second ablation in June.
