Well woke up in sinus. 😃

What a relief not to feel the shaking and quivering. I'm gonna take it an hour, not a day, at a time and just hope for the best, and keep reminding myself its a journey not a quick fix and may well happen again but as horrible as it was I self converted ... no need for zappers. Also for the first time ever it didn't turn to flutter then atrial tach in the week I've been ill since my ablation. That was always the pattern and it's just been fib all week but a bit more aggressive.

I'm enjoying every minute of the calm...we went for a drive to Hornsea and had a lovely breakfast, had to stop myself from been greedy🐷 as that makes my ticker beat fast then a very small walk on the front..a bloody 90yr old with a stick beat me to the benches ... I need to get fit... One day at a time!!

Home now and will commence my other half waiting on me....may watch Peaky Blinders although Cillian Murphy may send my heart racing.💗

Thank you for the usual support and love to all xxx

That's good news Booboo and I'm glad to hear that you didn't make a pig of yourself when having the breakfast out. I'd never do such a thing. OInk, oink. 👀 bigger than my belly!

Stay well now.

Wonderful news, Booboo!! I’m so happy for you 🎉

Your trip sounds like the perfect way to celebrate feeling better - and appreciate being alive and in NSR! 😊

Really hope you keep well xxx

Glad it all is back to NSR.

Not sure if Peaky Blinders is best, maybe something a bit more gentle. I have had to stop going to see my favourite football team play because if they were winning my heart would pound and if they were losing my heart would pound.

Hope all stays calm for you now

Pleased to hear things are better for you and the calm of the sea helped. I always drift to the sea in my mind when going through tough times. Good that you actually got there, best wishes.

Sounds perfect. Nothing like a normal heart rate after coping with afib is there?!!

Hi Booboo,

You seem in control, good on you! Keep your spirits up, do not take a 'no' for an answer. Please keep looking for a solution. There is one. It took me a while to find mine, but I have been AF free for over two years now.

Best wishes

Thanks for the well wishes x I'm still in sinus but I'm feeling as though it could start anytime...the usual headache and chest bouncing. I hòpe I'm ok when I wake up.

Was stressed today though...someone bumped our car and then drove off

..cheeky bugger..i managed to get the reg so hopefully will be sorted but that's definitely made my ticker tap dance😠.

Goodnight all xxox

Looks very bracing. Lovely to be able to walk, even a short distance along the sea front. Enjoy it. Great when sinus rhythm kicks in. Long may it last
