Feeling unwell but no palpitations

No overnight AFIB (has been happening 2-3 times a week) but feel groggy and unwell with the sensation of 'fluttering but heart rate steady but slow. On sotalol. Last afib was late Monday night. Had some day time sleep to recover Tues and an hour Wed but worked normally round that. Any thoughts on why feel under par today or is that just how it goes?
