Last year diagnosed with PAF. Started on dabigatran 110mg and sotolol 40mg twice a day. After 8 months, complained to cardiologist that my pulse is low. He put me on 24 hour holter monitor this April and result came thro in June. Pacemaker recommended and fitted in July. Then diastolic pressure went high. What could be the reason ? Waiting to see pacemaker technician in 2 weeks time to find out
